What is your sample policy?
1. We will provide free shipping samples for your inspection if we have available models. You just need to pay the freight. And the shipping fee will be refunded to you in bulk order.
2. If you need to make a new sample, the charge is 3 times as much as the unit price of this model, then it will be returned to you after placing the order with us. We have our own design team to make technical drawings for your confirmation before making new models.
3. We usually send samples by FedEx, DHL, or UPS, if you have a carrier account, it will be convenient for both of us. If you don't have a relevant one, you can pay the shipping fee through the PayPal, then we send the sample to your address
What about the payment?
1. We take a 30% deposit first and collect the remaining 70% before shipping.
What is your packaging method?
1. Usually, we pack them with a protective inner bag and a polybag, then the inner box and cartons. We can also customize the packaging if you want.
What about the shipment?
1. For express and air shipment, the shipping time is around 5-7 days, for train and sea shipment, the shipping time is around 30-40 days.
